Tablet Sketch-Backyard

I just got one of those fancy tablet PC's and I've been using it for some freelance on "Fosters". I decided to take a break and test it's ability outside, so I sat in my backyard and did this sketch. I'd have to say, I'm diggin' it so far. It's really light and I can still see the screen in the sun. Looks like I'll be storyboarding on the beach!

NICE man.

Impressive.
So the glare and that sort of thing is not a issue?
Also, do you find it hard when you want to change things that do not have quick keys? How are you sketching . . .with the lid rotated around and pushed down, or with the keyboard easy to access?

Wow Kelsey, that looks great! I definitly have to get me one of those, but they're quite pricy aren't they? Well, I'm sure it's worth it! Glad you're posting again:)

Take care and have a great day,

Hans

I'm looking into getting one myself. Which one did you end up with?

I got one of those Motion Computing tablets. The LE 1600. It's more of a tablet than a laptop. It doesn't have a keyboard (I have an external one when I want to use one). So it's more of a digital sketchbook. I highly recommend it!

Very cool! That's the exact one I've had my eyes on, so I'm really glad to hear it's working out great for you.

Thanks for the recommendation:)

The DARK CRYSTAL pitch work is SUPERB. I guess the animated version on CN will tie in with Tartakovsky's movie next year?
